How do I Cancel an item purchased on Dora Decora?

  • Cancellation in Case of Damage: In case if you received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at support@ Dora Decora
  • Damage & defect will be assessed in 72 hours’, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of Dora Decora, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Dora Decora, to address the issue.
  • Cancellation in case of wrong product: If the product does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, raise the issue immediately & report it to support.

  • Products purchased on discount or during sale cannot be cancelled.

What is Dora Decora's Cancellation Policy?

You can now cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status, as long as the cancel option is available on App/Website/M-site. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by updating it under 'change address' option which is available under ‘My order’ section of App/Website/M-site

How do I cancel my Order?

Tap on “My Orders” section under the main menu of your App/Website/M-site and then select the item or order you want to cancel
